Gary Christian Williams (born September 12th, 1996), known professionally as Newport Savy, is an American rapper from Newport News, Virginia.
Early life
Newport Savy was born Gary Christian Williams on September 12th, 1996 in Newport News, Virginia. He moved to Enfield, North Carolina when he was 12 and ended up moving back to Newport News when he was 16 for academic purposes.
Career
In October 2020, Newport Savy released his first mixtape "Demons & Angels" which featured his song "All Kinda Money", that reached over 150,000 streams on spotify.[1][2] [3] Rapper Kash Doll cosigned and recorded herself listening to “All Kinda Money” [4] His instagram page has over 20,000 followers and he worked with rapper Lil Tjay [5]
Personal life
He currently lives in Virginia and has his own studio where he records all of his music.
